Provide all plant, labor, personnel, tools, equipment and other related items necessary for the repair/replacement of boiler vent dampers at four (4) Amry Community Housing (ACH) sites located in the vicinity of Fort Drum, New York. Work shall consist of repair/replacement of boiler vent dampers to a safe operation condition in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended procedures. Work shall be completed inthe most cost effective method applicable. Units shall be completed at a minimum of 50 units per week, unless otherwise approved.
