Contract is for a period of one (1) year, starting w/date of award, with option to extend services for an additional two (2) years. This estimated quantity open-end contract based on an unit price basis with each work order placed not to exceed $25,000 and the cummulative contract total amount, including option years, not to exceed $400,000, subject to availabilty of funds. THIS IS SET-ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSES WITHIN A 50 MILES RADIUS OF THIS MEDICAL CENTER. Issue date on or about 1/2/96. Closing date 2/2/96. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 to be paid in the form of a certified bank check or money order only, payable to the DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS with referenced to above solicitation number.
