This HDSS consists of the following elements: rider reach trucks; order-picker forklift vehicles; cantilever rack; bin shelving and storage bins; relocation of existing pallet rack units to their new locations within the warehouse; installation of a narrow-aisle rail-guidance system for order-picker forklift vehicles; and the option to have the contractor remove items presently in storage to temporary locations within the building while storage aids are installed or moved, and then rewarehouse the items in their new permanent locations. Supplier of this system shall also provide: (1) shipping to installation site; (2) the offloading of items procured; (3) installation of all equipment; (4) required user training, and (5) instruction, installation, and maintenance/parts manuals as applicable. This warehouse/processing facility must remain fully operational while work is ongoing. Therefore, installation and reconfiguration shall be done on a systematic, phased basis.
