This requirement will involve determining parameters, lesson specification development, design and development of training systems, and development and revision of associated documentation for training system design and development. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with provisions for firm fixed price and time and materials delivery orders will be awarded. It will include a base period and four options.
