This solicitation is to secure services for hoe and auger planting of Government-furnished tree seedlings, and related activities, on approximately 11,000 acres. There are five bid items. Desired start work date is April 1, 1996. The project is located on the Malheur National Forest, Grant and Harney Counties, Oregon. An Oregon State Farm/Forest Labor Contractor's License and a valid Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration will be required. Bonding is also required. See Notes 1 and 3. (352)
