Provide all labor, transportation, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to provide maintenance and repair of fire protection systems at the U.S. Naval Hospital, Beaufort, South Carolina. The Contractor shall meet all fire protection system licensing and qualification requirements of the state of South Carolina, including NICET level 3 certification of maintenance of fire alarm systems. Evidence of all required licenses, as well as documentation of the qualifications of personnel, shall be provided to the Contracting Officer prior to award of the contract. The specification contains provisions for indefinite quantity contract line items. The initial period of performance will be approximately 8 months. The specification contains four (4) one (1) year option periods to be executed by the Government if found to be in the Government's best interest.
