Offers are being solicited for maintenance of the Forest radio system on the Kootenai National Forest, Lincoln and Sanders Counties, Montana, on a ``call-when needed'' basis for the 1996 calendar year, with options to renew for two additional years. Work includes annual inspection and repair of remote and district backbone radio systems, including the maintenance of physical facilities. May also include annual inspection of mobile and hand-held radios, reprogramming and minor repairs. Access to remote sites requires specialized equipment capable of traveling on snow, mud and dry ground on same trip. Estimated start work date is March 1, 1996.
