All affirmative responses must be in writing, must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show ability to comply with the above requirement, and must be received within 5 calendar days of this notice. If no affirmative written response is received, within 5 calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that a comparable service is available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this service through the proposed contractor, a sole-source award will be made.
