The Office of Naval Research has a requirement for services for technology management support, wargaming analysis, decision support and manufacturing technology initiatives. Sole source negotiations will be conducted with Noesis, Inc. of Manassas, VA for a bridge contract consisting of a six-month base period and two three-month options to allow time for the preparation of a competitive solicitation. Noesis is uniquely qualified with the prerequisite long-term experience and required personnel capable of providing the continuous support needed for several critical ONR programs. See Note 22.
