The work will include paving a parking area and constructing a trail bridge at Broad River; and paving the entrance and constructing a parking area at Rose Hill on National Forest land. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, repair and maintenance, labor and supplies, except those listed as Government furnished property, to perform all work specified.
