JP 5 TANK FARM BIOVENTING SYSTEM: Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment, transportation, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable project necessary to install a new JP5 Tank Farm Bioventing System. Provide, install, test and place into proper operation an in-situ bioventing remediation system for JP-5 fuel hodrocarbons.12 vent wells and all associated underground apiping and apppurtenances. Install seven soil vapor monitoring probes and six soil moisture probes. Install air supply equipment including blower, piping and appurtenances. Provide water supply lines and electric service. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued pursuant to the small business competitiveness demonstration program. The performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
