solicitation will be an indefinite quantity/delivery contract. The
minimum quantity to be awarded is 45 each and a maximum of 270.
Estimated quantities by fiscal year (FY) are as follows: FY96 = 45;
FY97 = 30; FY98 = 30; FY99 = 30. The maximum quantity is larger than
the total of the individual ordering periods due to potential surge
requirements. The minimum quantity on any delivery order would be 15;
the maximum would be 75. Each delivery order will consist of an equal
number of Aircraft Fuel Tanks and Maintenance Stands. All offerors must
meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for
this or future solicitations by submitting the documentation in
accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List Procedures.
These procedures may be obtained from the Procurement Officer listed
above. No phone requests will be accepted. Requests will be accepted by
FAX at (314)263-9012 or by mail. Justification for other than full and
open competition is FAR 6.302-1. The approved sources are: Fiber
Technology Corp., Springville, UT (FSCM: 59297) and Lincoln Composites,
Lincoln, NE (FSCM: 17996). All responsible sources may submit an offer
