The Coast Guard intends to solicit and negotiate only with the proposed sole source contractor American Eurocopter Corporation, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Delivery to the USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001 desired within 120 days after receipt of order and required within 240 days after receipt of order.
