The Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for the Naval Explosive Ordnance Technology Division for EOD MK 37 MOD 1 tool sets in accordance with Drawing 6914733. The following tools are to be included in the tool set: Quick Link, Mini hacksaw frame, socket head key set, pulley assembly, locking pliers, 2 in 1 screwdriver, double ended slot non-metallic stick, 4 in 1 screwdriver, treble 5/0 hook, 7 in 1 screwdriver, 2 cell miniature flashlight, fiber optic flashlight extender, blasting cap container, electric portable drill, battery charger, and power pack. The set shall also include a case and pallet. All tools, case and pallet shall be in accordance with drawings. Drawings will be included in the solicitation package. Quantity: 2 first article testing, 109 production. Contract delivery schedule: first article - 150 days after contract award, government first article test 45 days after receipt, production delivery lot 150 days after first article acceptance, production lot testing 25 days after receipt.
