The internet access is to be compatible with the University of California and the California State University educational system which is provided by Cerfnet. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, travel, shipping expenses, equipment and supervision required for this contract. Performance will be from approximately 2/15/96 through 2/14/97. This proposal is in accordance with FAR Part 12. All requests for proposals must be in writing and directed to the Contracting Officer.
