Work includes, but is not limited to, providing new chain link security fencing to encompass the Army/NCO Capehart housing areas and the Hospital/Dental Clinic complex, removing existing fencing, demolishing an existing guard house on Offutt Parkway, constructing a new guard house on Graham Road, and constructing and paving roads and parking lots. The magnitude of the work is estimated at a value of between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The contract performance period shall be 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued. The majority of work falls under the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code of 1542. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 15 January 1996, and will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
