The proposed action is for a two year extension to the contract, extending the expiration to 14 Jun 98. The Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Justification and Authorization for other full and open competition, Control No. 95-229 is on file at the contracting office. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer, and provide supporting evidence to the contracting officer which will permit future solicitations.
