The System will be solicited under a Brand Name or Equal designation. The Brand Name system meeting the Government's minimum requirements is the Scientific Atlanta Model 2095. The contract period of performance for fabricating, shipping, installing and training NUWC personnel on the equipment at NUWCDIVNPT will be 365 days after contract award. The level of clearance is unclassified, however installation and training personnel must be U.S. Citizens. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing on company letterhead.
