A Presolicitation Conference will be held at the Robert F. Ensslin, Jr. Armory, SR 207, St. Augustine, FL on 8 February 1996 at 9 a.m. for DAHA08-96-R-0001. Provide and deliver raw subsistence items to National Guard units in the sate of Florida. Contractor is to provide and deliver subsistence items to various units of the Florida Army National Guard. The state has been divided into four separate geographic regions. The offeror may provide for all four regions or for one, two, or three regions. Contractor is to provide, but is not limited to the following subsistence items: bread, milk, eggs, vegetables, meats, fruits, poultry, fish, etc. Topics to be discussed at the conference include the following: geographic regions, subsistence items, case lots, menus, delivery methods and schedules, quality of food, billing, invoicing, and ordering methods. All interested parties who are in a position to provide and deliver the above mentioned items to one separate region or a combination of regions are urged to attend.
