Analysis at a minimum for the following: lead, arsenic, copper, iron, hardness, alkalinity, color, specific conductance, TDS, turbidity, langlier index, and TTHM. Laboratory must be within 100 miles of Edwards AFB. The procedures to be used in awarding this contract is written/oral quotation and the anticipated award date is 26 January 1996.
