Services non-personal to furnish all labor, tools, materials and transportation necessary to maintain Xerox machines and their accessories for the period 1 March 96 through 30 September 96. Contractor shall maintain in good working order three Xerox model 1090 machines, to include, Finisher, Recirculating Doc Handler, Duplexing, and Reduction/Enlargement. Machines are located in buildings 130A, 151, and 145. Unscheduled repair services shall be service as requested by the Government except Government holidays. Replacement parts to be furnished on an exchange basis to include installation of belts, drums or brushes where applicable. Contractor to install developer purchased by the Goverment and dispose of used developer. If equipment is within 30 miles of contractor's facility response time will be 6 working hours. If distance is 30-60 miles response time to be 12 working hours. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
