The requirement is described in its entirety in this announcement. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business and will be awarded under the Simplified Acquisition procedures. The award will be based on best price, delivery time and contractor qualifications. The award is anticipated to be made by mid-January. The report will be ready for print in February. The required delivery time is a maximum of three weeks after receipt of the report by the contractor to its delivery to NTIS. The requirement is as follows: print 700 text page report, head to head from PDF file or from ''print ready'' copy. Text 50 pounds uniform shade white offset paper equal to JCP Code A60. Includes: cover 110 index color with black ink 10 x 11''; slip-in for spine 110 index color with black ink 2-1/4 x 11''; set of 29 laminated tips and bind colored tabs (printed, but not inserted). Text and tabs drilled with three 3/8'' diameter holes, center on the left side and spaced 4-1/4'' center to center. Each product separately boxed and sealed with identification number imprinted on the side. Please quote on the following quantities: 2,500; 5,000 and 7,500 copies. Prices shall include cost of all required materials, operations, assembly and delivery to NTIS.
