The Federal Highway Administration, Federal Lands Highway, is seeking a contractor to provide training services in the self managed team concept for the Headquarters office (Washington, DC) and three field divisions (Sterling, VA; Vancouver, WA; and Denver, CO). The Headquarters office consists of approximately 20 people with each of the three divisions consisting of approximately 80 people each to be trained. Training is needed in the development and implementation of self managed teams with a smooth transitioning into functional, business oriented, team based units. Corrective and/or advanced training may be required to insure the team environment is sustained. The anticipated period of performance will be for 18 months. This shall be a fixed-price type of contract. This procurement shall be 100 percent small business set-aside. The SIC Code for this requirement is 8999.
