DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes the construction of a 4800 square foot single-story masonry vehicle maintenance facility addition to an existing masonry building. Both buildings include steel roof framing and metal roof decks. Roofing is built-up roofing. Interior finishes include metal stud and gypsum board partition walls, ceramic tile, acoustical lay-in ceilings, resilient flooring, and painting. The Simulation Room in the Classroom/Simulation Building includes a 12-inch high computer access floor. Buildings have hollow metal doors and frames and the Vehicle Maintenance Facility has roll-up doors. Buildings include mechanical ventilation, heating, and plumbing. The classroom simulation addition includes two air conditioning units. Both buildings are fully fire sprinkled.
