(505)846-4531. 17. The Air Force Phillips Laboratory, Computational
Services Division, located at Kirtland AFB, in Albuquerque NM, intends
to acquire services for the following: contractor to furnish and
install all necessary equipment software/firmware, communication links
and maiance services, designed to result in an Internet access
service. All contractor furnished equipment shall be rack bmountable
iracks. Operating environment: temperature of+40 degrees Centigrade,
humidity of 20% to 80% noncondensing and an altitude of 4000 to 6000
feet above sea level. Power: standard elecrical power of 110V AC at 60
HZ. The service to be provided requires a National Backbone
Infrastructure, a Point of Presence (POP) in Albuquerque and a
connection to PL on Kirtland AFB. This service must include Internet
access for thet T3 speeds (44.5 Mbps), provisioning for dynamic and
static routing, guaranteed uptime/availability of 98.8%, on-site
response within two (2) hours, electronic/voice help desk with 20
minute response time and emergency restoration 24 hour/7 days a week
basis. Experienced personnel with a minimum of two (2) years experience
in electronic data communications support are required. The contract
resulting from this action iscipated to cover the initial fiscal year
(FY96) with four (4) additional option years. Interested offerors are
