The Air Force Phillips Laboratory, Computational Services Division, located at Kirtland AFB, in Albuquerque NM, intends to acquire services for the following: contractor to furnish and install all necessary equipment software/firmware, communication links and maiance services, designed to result in an Internet access service. All contractor furnished equipment shall be rack bmountable iracks. Operating environment: temperature of+40 degrees Centigrade, humidity of 20% to 80% noncondensing and an altitude of 4000 to 6000 feet above sea level. Power: standard elecrical power of 110V AC at 60 HZ. The service to be provided requires a National Backbone Infrastructure, a Point of Presence (POP) in Albuquerque and a connection to PL on Kirtland AFB. This service must include Internet access for thet T3 speeds (44.5 Mbps), provisioning for dynamic and static routing, guaranteed uptime/availability of 98.8%, on-site response within two (2) hours, electronic/voice help desk with 20 minute response time and emergency restoration 24 hour/7 days a week basis. Experienced personnel with a minimum of two (2) years experience in electronic data communications support are required.
