The technical services contract is in support of Maintenance Support Centers on board Naval Aircraft Carriers and on shore. Technical services required by Naval Sea Systems Command Detachment PERA (CV) Bremerton, WA. Technical support services are required for implementation and enhancement of existing MSC operations through MSC operator and management training. Development and attainment of ship configuration and ILS information. Services are performed in various areas, including Norfolk VA, San Diego CA, and Bremerton WA. The contract is currently in its third year, with an option year two period of performance through 18 July 1996. The contract action will be comprised of a 37,646 increase in level of effort hours in Lot III, and 50,000 hours in Lot IV. This will be a sole source action directed to Applied Technical Systems, Inc. of Port Orchard, WA. To be negotiated under other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302.1.
