The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) intends to issue a sole source contract with KOBA Associates, Inc. for providing interim technical assistance to National Institute of Justice (NIJ) while a follow-on contract will be processed for award on a competitive basis. The Contractor will provide a range of activities that include criminological and criminal justice research and development, dissemination, evaluation, and training. The period of performance will be for three months comprising a one-month base period and two one-month option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other firm desiring consideration must submit documentation which demonstrates its technical capability to perform this requirement. All responses will be considered. See Note 22. (0356)
