Description of Work: The facility consists of an 8-story (86 feet in height) air traffic control tower with reinforced concrete footings, special foundation, floor slab, supporting superstructure, control tower cab, operations and training areas. The facility includes an elevator, all site work, utilities, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and backup power systems. The existing control tower will be demolished.
