This procurement replaces and upgrades support provided by a previous contractual agreement (PARTSMASTER) with IHS for software/ hardware 8 user bundle and equipment technical support under contract N64281-95-M-XA82. Proposed software/hardware agreements and equipment procurement have been tested, certified and approved to operate 100% compatible with the prescribed IHS software databases and the required netork user interaction/environment during Integrated Logistic Support development of diagnostic software (Gold Disks) production. This procurement is required to provide expanded user access to HAYSTACK WINDOWS and CAPSXpert, yet remain compatible with interface data retrieval in an existing network environment. Loss of system compatibility would result in unprogrammed schedule and shipyard delays affecting SCN (Ship Construction, Navy) and OPN (Other Procurement, Navy) funded availabilities that could result in extensive delay charges assigned to the Government for delays in identification, procurement, and installation of 2M/MTR ILS Support Kits.
