The contractor shall engineer, furnish & install, test and make operational a new DTS system at NAS Memphis consisting of a Dial Central Office (DCO), a Network Management System (NMS), Remote Switch Nodes (RSN), emergency back-up battery power, and telephone instruments. This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract with the DTS required to be on-line and operational 10 months ADC. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. The Government will not pay for information received.
