STEVENSON (901) 544-3184 (Site Code DACW66) Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, labor, equipment, administration, supervision and management, except when specified as Government furnished, for Operation and Maintenance of Government-owned Facilities at Drainage District No. 17 Pumping Plant located approximately 1 1/2 miles west and approximately 2 1/2 miles north of Dell, Mississippi County, Arkansas. Contractor is to maintain (Level I work) and operate (Level II work) for the entire Drainage District No. 17 Pumping Plant including building equipment and grounds, in strict accordance with all terms, attachments, exhibits, etc., contained in the specifications. This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $5.0 million. The services or supplies to be procured in this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification(0360)
