The Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) is seeking professional medical radiology services to be furnished to INS patients at not yet designated locations within a area of 100 miles from the U.S., Mexico Border, in the States of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. INS wishes to establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with qualified firms to perform chest x-rays and radiology services using contractor owned and operated mobile equipment at temporary detention centers to be located in the areas listed above.
