The work consists of the construction of a two story building, measuring approximately 9,060 SF per floor for a total of 18,120 SF, and related sitework. The building consists of concrete foundations, below grade concrete walls with waterproofing, slab on grade, structural steel framing, bar joists, elevated concrete slab on metal deck, metal roof deck with rigid insulation and EPDM single-ply roofing, combination brick and glass exterior, building and sound control insulation, interior metal stud with gypsum board and concrete masonry unit partitions, moveable partitions, suspended ceilings, ceramic and vinyl tile, carpet, washroom partitions and accessories, elevator, HVAC, restrooms, fire protection, electrical power and lighting, communications wiring, security access control systems, and incidental related work. Sitework consists of earthwork, underground utilities, reinforced earth modular block retaining walls, cast in place concrete and brick paver sidewalks, patios, and stairs, landscaping, exterior lighting, and incidental related work. Estimate range for the total effort is between $2,000,000 & $5,000,000. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
