Scope of work consists of, but is not strictly limited to, removing all entry double storefront doors on floors 5 through 10, 12 through 20, 22 and 26, also the single doors on the 4th floor (all tenant space). Replace with new medium Stile Aluminum storefront double doors and hardware. The completion time for this project is One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days from notice to proceed. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Specifications will be available on or about January 17, 1996. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on February 21, 1996, at 11:00 am (CST) in the GSA Business Service Center, 230 S. Dearborn St., Rm. 3714, Chicago, Illinois. The proposed project is a total small business/labor surplus set-aside. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
