Contractor shall furnish all provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to construct recycling facility. Project includes but not limited to the following: Construct a new recycling facility, including general building and civil construction, new mechanical construction, new electrical construction and all other work in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and Drawings for project JFSD 961007A/B. Work shall be accomplished on Grand Forks AFB, ND. The performance period shall be 180 calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed. Plans will be autoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 2.0 files. The magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is being issued unrestricted.
