Campbell, Contracting Officer 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, DC intends to procure a Sole Source (Firm-Fixed Price) from Air Force Historical Foundation, to purchase Air Power History, quarterly journals of air and space history published by the Air Force Historical Foundation. All materials and equipment procured will become the property of Air Force History Support Office, Bolling AFB, DC. Any sources responding to this synopsis must meet the following criteria: (a) able to provide 4000 copies of the journal each quarter. Issue dates are as follows: Dec 95, Mar 96, Jun 96 and Sep 96. (b) Must have the capability to circulate journals to Air Force addresses worldwide. These include major commands and units down to the squadron level, libraries and professional military education schools and academies. All responses must be received by 4:30 p.m. on 11 Jan 96.
