Bell (804) 734-8524 (Site Code DECA01) Provide wide assortment of operational supplies for the Defense Commissary Agency, European Region. Contractor is responsible for costs associated with the containerization and delivery of supplies to the point of exportation (POE) in the Continental United States. The Government will be responsible for delivery of supplies from the POE to Commissary locations throughout the European Region. The wide assortment of operational supplies include six general categories: 1) Grocery Paper Bags, 2) Vinyl Shelf Labels/Thermal Scale Labels, 3) Plastic Front End Grocery Bags and Produce Bags, 4) Polystyrene Meat Trays, 5) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Plastic Meat Wrap Film, 6) Printer Equipment Supplies and 7) Miscellaneous Supplies. Evaluation of the bid for category 1 (Grocery Paper Bags) will be evaluated separately while the remainder of the categories, 2 thru 7, will be evaluated on an all or none basis according to the general categories listed above. Some of the supplies (not meant to be all inclusive) to be included in the ''miscellaneous'' category include such things as Bakery Bags and Boxes, Paper Cake Doilies, Aluminum Bake and Sell Trays and Lids, Corrugated Paper Cake/Pizza Pads, Freezer Paper, Butcher Wrapping Paper, Pickup Sheets, Paper Pan Liner, Disposable Plastic Gloves, Plastic Sandwich Containers, Plastic Catering Trays and Lids, Plastic Deli Cups and Lids, Green Vented Celery and Lettuce Bags, Twist Ties, Molded Pulp Trays, Berry Caps made of Elastic Mesh Stretch with Interwoven Rubber Band, Bulker Paper, Meat Patty Paper, Meat and Poultry Pad, Vinyl Coated Merchandising Case Liner, Meat Netting, Steak Paper, Pizza shrink wrap, Corrugated Paperboard, Plastic Trash Bags, Food Handlers Cap, Disposable Plastic Apron, and 100% Cotton Knit Butcher Gloves, Stainless Steel Mesh Safety Gloves, Aluminum Meat Cutter's Apron, Stainless Steel Vegetable/Watermelon/Butcher Knives, Cleaner/Degreasers, Meat Market Sanitizer, Floor Sealer, Floor Stripper, Floor Cleaner, Text Ribbon, Barcode Ribbon, Digital Data Cassette, Data Cartridge, Detail Paper 214D/177D/SR 700, Receipt Paper 214Z/177Z/5Z, Cartridge Ink Ribbon, Answer Cassette Ink Ribbon, and DS/HD Diskettes. A Fixed Price, Requirements Type contract is contemplated. Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis. Period of performance is May 1, 1996 through April 30, 1997.
