The Wisconsin Army National Guard has a requirement for subsistence to be delivered to Armories statewide. An indefinite quantity supply contract may issue as a result of this proposal. The base year will cover March thru September 1996 only. Option years will be for 12 months starting 1 October of ea subsequent year. Total of four option years. Items furnished will be raw subsistence as well as package foods. Includes dairy and bakery items. Award may be based on other than price alone. Offers will be evaluated and award made in accordance with ``bestvalue'' source selection process. Contractors shall submit a technical proposal and a business proposal.
