The work includes the demolition of 2.4kv electrical distribution system equipment, modification of existing pads to add transducers, remote terminal units and fiver optic loop, provision of new pad to consolidate electrical load to buildings 55 and 76, replacement of quaywall mounds with new mound and relocatable skidmount transformer, general repair of electrical manholes, installation of street lighting and incidental related work. A firm fixed-rice contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated to be between $1.0 million and 5.0 million. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1731 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duraction period is approximately 370 calendar days.
