Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a provisional order under
contract N00019-95-C-0092 with Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI),
Defense Systems & Electronics Group, Box 405, M/S 3137, Lewisville,
Texas 75067, for High speed Anti Radiation Missile (HARM) Command
Launch Computer (CLC) CP-1001C spare and repair parts. TI is the
designer, developer, and sole producer of the AGM-88 HARM weapon system
and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate
familiarity with the HARM and CLC designs, manufacturing requirements
and critical hardware and software interface parameters needed to
support the fiscal year (FY) 1995 and FY 1996 requirements. This
procurement covers requirements under the foreign military sales
