The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendent, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to remodel the existing Business Mail Entry Unit, at 3501 Broadway St. NE, Minn. MN 55413-9651, including all incidental work described in the contract documents. Work will be performed so as to minimally impact postal operations. Clerks will be moved during construction to side area. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for January 22, 1996, at 9:30 am, at the Business Mail Entry Unit conference room. Project must be completed within 120 calendar days. Performance and payment bonds and insurance documents are required before award. The Postal Service does not accept Individual Sureties.
