This contract will enable the FAA Technical Center to provide fip support for Application Systems Development with an option for Telecommunications support. The anticipated period of performance, including options, is five years. The planned method of acquisition is a competitive, small business set-aside using negotiated contracting procedures. All offerors will be required to submit technical and cost/price proposals that will be evaluated and rated in accordance with the terms of the RFP; the technical submittal is more important than cost/price.
