AURA Inc., is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms interested in providing construction for the facility indicated below. Solicitation packages will be available on December 18, 1995. Copies of the solicitation documents may be obtained at the office of Holmes Sabatini Associates Architects 202 Central S.E. West Courtyard, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 or, by phoning Christopher W. Larsen or Dan Rowland, Project Architect at the number stated above. A mandatory site visit and pre-bid conference will be held, the date and time will be specified in the solicitation documents. AURA Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. Solicitation is as follows: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supplies to construct a Museum and Education Center. This project includes access road, parking lot, restrooms, education center and auditorium. Cost of Bid Documents is $100.00 per set, and will be completely refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within (10) days after opening of bids. Bids received after the deadline specified will not be accepted. Bonding will be: Bid Bond 5% of Bid Price, Performance/Payment Bond 100% (may be required).
