Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct a 5,000 square foot administrative type building consisting of concrete floor slab with spread footings, metal stud/EIFS walls and steel roof on steel structure. Project includes fire sprinklers, minimal landscaping and all necessary finishes for a complete and usable facility. All work accomplished will be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and 1,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 30 Jan 96 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing either by mail or by fax.
