Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and operations as required to expand the existing kitchen and construct a new laundry room. The kitchen expansion (35 SF) includes wall demolition, wall construction, flooring, plumbing, electrical work and cabinet installation. The laundry room construction (140 SF) will convert the existing storage area into a laundry room. The construction will include wall demolition, wall construction, flooring, concrete leveling, plumbing, electrical work and cabinet installation. In addition, a new storage area (40 SF) will be constructed. The construction consists of concrete slab work, wall erection, and door installation. All work accomplished will be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 30 Jan 96 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Request for this solicitation must be submitted in writing either by mail or by fax.
