This is not a presolicitation notice, but a Sources Sought Synopsis to identify sources and obtain industry feedback for a service contract to operate and maintain Navy Bachelor Quarters (BQs) on the island of Oahu. There are approximately 40 buildings and 2100 transient/permanent rooms. The services required include front desk operations, maintenance of buildings and grounds, housekeeping services and maintaining a government-furnished equipment inventory. This notification is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Potential sources interested in participating in this fact finding survey and site visit must do so responding with a written response and the following information no later than 10 January 1996: Company Name, Complete Mailing Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, Point of Contact, Type of Business and a maximum of three (3) attendees.
