Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to remodel and add offices to Prairie Rose Chapel. Project includes but is not limited to the following Asbestos Abatement, remodeling main chapel and administrative link to include new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, remodeling existing bathrooms for handicapped accessibility, replacing lights, switches and receptacles, replace fire alarm devices and replace roofs. Construct addition to include new office, storage, reception space and access to nave and all other work as specified in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for JFSD 860031A/B. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The performance period shall be 180 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued in hard copy only. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This action is being issued unrestricted.
