The United States Air Force requires a relocatable building, 9m long, metal inner and outer skinned sandwich panel constructed, demountable container complete with doors, ISO corner blocks, power supplies and air conditioning. The container, will be known as the Combined Laboratory for Air-film Processing and Printing (CLAPP) and will be required as a mobile Photographic Air-film processing and Printing container. The container will be operated by a crew of 5 in a clutched formation, linked by a walkway and be capable of operation as part of the present RIC ATREL complex.
