Contractor will be responsible for furnishing prescription eyeglasses as ordered by this medical center for VA beneficiaries. Delivery must be in seven days or less. The successful contractor must have telefax capability. Period of performance is April 1, 1996 through March 31, 1997, with two additional one-year options to renew. This procurement is a small business set-aside based on SIC 3851, a business qualifies as small if it has less than 500 employees.
