Phillips Laboratory anticipates release of the first Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Airborne Laser Program on 18 Jan 96. A second draft RFP will be released on 04 Mar 96 and the final RFP on 01 May 96. A synopsis for the second DRFP will not be issued unless the scheduled release dates change. The RFP will be available to download on the ABL homepage World Wide Web at : http://www.plk.af.mil/PLhome/TM/tm.html (Type exact upper/lower case letters).
